Machinist/Apprenticeship Award Application

2. Submit a copy of your official current high school transcript.
3. Submit a 500 to 750 word essay describing why you are pursuing a technical education and what you regard as a proper work ethic.
4. Have one of your high school CTE instructors/Guidance Counselors submit a letter of recommendation.
