The Production/Schedule Controller will have overall responsibility for capacity planning, scheduling, and materials activities and is accountable for controlling, coordinating and prioritizing the flow of material in operations. This position will lead the strategic direction and initiatives that ensure the product is coordinated, monitored and completes the production cycle according to schedule.
Responsible for providing leadership and expertise for all aspects of estimating the manufacturing cost of new and existing parts. Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, 3D models, technical data - including specifications, proposals, and other data to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates, applying knowledge of specialized methodologies, techniques, principles, or processes to aid management in bidding on or determining the price of the Company's services.
Applies principles of accounting to devise and implement systems for general accounting. Must have the knowledge and abilities to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.
Perform tasks on 5-Axis CNC (computerized numerical control) equipment in the manufacturing process.
